David Parker

David had a successful career in Human Resources gained predominantly with inter-related engineering, construction and mining/mineral processing multinational corporations in Australia and South East Asia. He moved into executive search in 1985, leading to the establishment of Geddes Parker & Partners in 1989. David has developed an extensive practice in heavy engineering, construction, construction materials, and natural resources related businesses. Through the acquisition of the Courland Automotive Licence in 2003, David has also developed an understanding of the automotive sector and he now has direct responsibility for this key Division of GP&P.

He is an active participant in relevant regional business associations, including 3 years as an Executive Committee Member for the Australia China Business Council (NSW Division). David is a Fellow of the Institute of Company Directors. David is Managing Partner for the Geddes Parker & Partners Group incorporating GP&P and Courland Automotive.
