Peter Macqueen is an organizational psychologist with many years’ experience in psychological and psychometric assessments in organisational and employment contexts for selection, development and career planning and coaching purposes. Peter assists staff by providing empathetic and effective outplacement, career and coaching support. Peter is a regular semester lecturer at Griffith University to postgraduate organisational psychology students in psychological assessments as well as recruitment and personnel selection. He has an active role in course design and content, delivery and feedback and evaluation. Peter is a Fellow of the Australian Psychological Society and Institute of Management Consultants, a member of the APS College of Organisational Psychologists, and is a registered psychologist with a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. Peter has 30 years’ experience as a Management Consultant assisting clients across many industries within the corporate and government sectors, including mining, IT, marketing and sales, engineering and trades in the provision of a range of HR services and has been working with Geddes Parker & Partners since 1998.
