HR Business Partner
Internationally recognized as one of Australia’s leading research institutes with over 600 staff and students, operating from state-of-the-art facilities in Sydney’s Western Suburbs.
You will work alongside the HR Manager to deliver HR strategies and projects as well as partnering with the heads of research to delivery effective people outcomes. In a true partnership and consultancy relationship the HRBP will support the full employee lifecycle in an advisory capacity and ensure that the scientists and researchers are fully supported in the ground-breaking work they perform. This is a newly created role that is designed to support a change in the HR service delivery model to shift HR from transactional to strategic with some exciting projects to be implemented along the way.
