Our Client is an Australian owned and operated SME with a reputation as a leader in all facets of their engineering oriented business. With a diverse product range, the Company has a national client base covering the full spectrum of manufacturing industries from food through to mineral processing. Operating at the top end of their industry, growth has been averaging +10 % per year, and the Company now needs to upgrade the marketing approach. With the focus on driving a robust business marketing strategy built on both print media and digital content activity, this is a new position, an opportunity to put your marketing skills to the test.
As a member of the Sales & Marketing Team, reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating and executing the marketing strategy for this expanding business.
You will be responsible for delivering an expanded customer base through increasing brand awareness and the resultant generation of qualified leads.
Ideally you will have 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably gained in an engineering/industrial environment with the skills to optimise the Company profile utilising the full spectrum of print and digital marketing functions including SEO, SEM, EDM and where appropriate SMS.
Very much a hands-on role, a key attribute will be your ability to build a marketing support team of 3rd party organisations to assist with the development of soft and hard copy promotional material, display material and the infrastructure for trade shows and exhibition participation.
