With a successful career in executive administration and sales across a diverse range of industries, Deborah moved into the career transition and outplacement sector when she joined Geddes Parker & Partners in 2011. At the same time Deborah completed her degree in Counselling and Human Change which provides not only a sound academic base but also a point of difference in her approach to career transition and outplacement.
Deborah leverages her strong academic platform, with an implicit understanding of people and workplace dynamics. She appreciates that every person is unique and therefore harnesses each individual’s strengths and differentiators to develop and implement programs to suit their requirements to consistently deliver optimal outcomes. A key skill Deborah has developed is the ability to tailor each program to meet the needs of the individual, rather than adopt the “one size fits all” approach.
Through her membership of the Australian Counselling Association, Deborah is continuing her own career development to enhance her skills, knowledge and professional insight to enable her to provide the best possible support guiding, counselling, and coaching clients to pursue their career ambitions and reach their full potential.
